Instructor Roge'rio "Piaba" :
I have been studying and developing Capoeira for 15 years, during which I have been teaching with the international Ginga Mundo group in Brazil and London, training under the Capoeira world champion.

Additionally; I have trained at a professional level as a aquatic Marathon Swimmer.
I am a Boxercise personnal trainer with
Health and Safety Certificate
First aid certificate for Appointed Person
CRB Checked
Certificate in Fitness Instructor at Premier international
Child Obesity awareness training
Safeguarding in Youth Participation.

I belive that fitness should be a part of your life and not a chore.
